Life cycle tests, Weibull ?

Life cycle tests, Weibull ?

Life cycle tests, Weibull ?

(OP)
Hi there
I have to determine a test specification in order to assure the life time of a component, in this case an evaporator, for 15 years.
Basically it I have to determine how to link 120000 operating hours with this component working
For max 70% of time between pressure A and pressure B
For max 10% of time between pressure C and pressure D
I understand I need to create a regression, but I don’t know how to create the tests in order to find the points of this regression.
I tried to utilize Weibull analysis googling it, nonetheless I can’t find a specific hint of how relate a test to the above specifications.

Please can anybody suggest me some links or some hints how solve this topic ?

Thanks !
