Material pipe driving coke dust

(OP)
Good afternoon.
We have erosion problems in driving elbows coke dust collection pipes calcination unit . We use pipe tunsgteno carbide hardfacing, but this product is highly costly.
Do you know any material currently used for this type of pipes ?

Thanks for your time.

RE: Material pipe driving coke dust

You are using the best practice.
There are other options, many cost more and don't work as well.

There are some WC spray coatings that may work (HVOF) if the piping is large enough diameter.
