pls let me know how to start for the design of the fertilizer plant . how the p and i diagrams are decided?what are the different equipments in the fertilizer plant?? how the sizing of different equipment is done?

RE: triphosphate fertlizer plant design and erection

A good start is the Fertilizer Technical Data Book, put out by FCI.  Call Ed Sepehri-nik in Utah at 801-978-2400 to get a copy.  It's the most practical of the fertilizer textbooks I've seen, and contains examples of equipment sizing and material balances.
