Cannot select lines in drafting

Cannot select lines in drafting

Cannot select lines in drafting

(OP)
Hi, I am using NX7.5

I have imported a step file from our customer and am creating a drawing to verify the model is correct.

When I first imported the model into a new drawing all the views were blank, so I have went to format layer and made them visible in view.

I now have the drawing views that I want but the trouble is I cannot select them to create dimensions etc, I'm sure there is a setting I'm missing but cannot find it, any help appreciated.

Thanks

RE: Cannot select lines in drafting

Hi,
Please make sure that the layers that you just made "visible in view" are selectable also.
Probably that will allow you to do the selection.
Best Regards
Kapil
