Hydraulic Counterbalance Valve Circuit

(OP)
Hi! I have involved in a hydraulic system design which used for winch pull.

Specification as below:

1. Hydraulic Cylinder: Bore: 320mm x Rod: 200mm x Stroke: 1600mm @ 2 unit

2. Counterbalance Valve.

The hydraulic cylinder mounted horizontally.

Please advice my design.

Thank you.

What is your question?
If you want someone to review your design and give you advice you need to take it to a senior engineer who understands the application.

RE: Hydraulic Counterbalance Valve Circuit

Impossible to tell because your schematic representation of the "counterbalance valve" doesn't seem to follow any drawing standard.

RE: Hydraulic Counterbalance Valve Circuit

First of all your question should be in fluid power section. Yes, you should use a counterbalance valve with a hydraulic cylinder, but I am not sure what your questions is?
