Tie beams

Dear sirs,

is there any risk for me without tie beams for this home ?

RE: Tie beams

Yes.

Is that confined masonry construction? Looks like Africa? There are some good recommendations online at EERI https://www.eeri.org/, albeit they are just recommendations.

Recommend getting a local engineer who knows construction in your area to provide specific feedback.

Thank you for the comment,. what if I use 16mm T/S for slab beams ? slab will be my ground level.

under the slab will be leave empty because place is not level.

each column base is 4ft deep from the ground(4x4x4) and its 4ft x 4ft x 1ft concrete base. (12mm T/S)

all 18 columns. no earthquakes here in sri lanka :)

RE: Tie beams

You really need a local engineer. There are so many factors that impact all of that. Unfortunately, there is no blanket answer for anything in the structural world. Good luck.
