KF Code to Write Listing Window into Excel File.

KF Code to Write Listing Window into Excel File.

KF Code to Write Listing Window into Excel File.

I am currently working with KF application which prints bunch of lines in "Listing Window".
And I want that line to write into Excel File. Is there any Function in KF that I can use for writing the content in Listing Window to Excel File? Custom KF code which serves purpose will also be appreciated.

I am using NX8.5.3.3 and Team center 8.3.3.9

Thanks

Can anybody help me with writing Knowledge Fusion Code to write "Listing Window" contents to excel file ?

RE: KF Code to Write Listing Window into Excel File.

On the Siemens PLM Solution Center there is a KF code sample of writing a text file to external spread sheet. Search for 'Knowledge Fusion sample : append data from text file to external spreadsheet'.

Thanks Suresh for reply.

Yeah currently my application is doing that way only. Function is written to copy context from Listing window to Text file and then same data is being copied to Excel file.
My intention is to directly write the data in "Information Window" of NX into Excel. I dont want text file as a mediator? Is it possible by any means?

Thanks
