Is it mandatory to buy ASTM A105 flanges in Normalized condition to meet NACE MR0175 requirements? If yes, can someone explain me why? with references to MR0175

RE: NACE MR0175 - Normalised flange requirement

The standard does not demand that A105 be normalised. It demands that it has less than 1% nickel and that the hardness does not exceed 187 HBW.
