Is your "coordinate chart" a hole table or tabular note? If so, you can export to a text file (choose commas between columns) then open that in Excel as a .csv file.

Sorry, i should have mentioned i work for a supplier for GM so we use the GM Tool kit. So an x,y,z chart is automatically generated when you select the center line of say a pipe.
