Hand v/s Arrow

Hand v/s Arrow

Hand v/s Arrow

(OP)
On the product tree, when you hover close to the + sign, the hand changes to arrow. Also if you click slightly to the right of the + sign, the entire background becomes dark, and then its almost impossible to get back to the original setting. Can anyone please shed some light on this?

RE: Hand v/s Arrow

Clicking on the tree branches allows you to zoom to make the tree larger/easier to read. You can either click on a tree branch or the trihedron in the lower-right corner to get out of the tree zoom mode.

Thanks, that solves one problem.

Why does the hand and/or arrow rotate from vertical to around 45 degrees clocked

RE: Hand v/s Arrow

It changes to a hand near the + to signify you can clink on the + to expand it/open it

@descatia
You can disable the option of clicking in the tree to zoom the tree (which shades the 3D area) under Tools > Options. I think it's in the Display section. Once I have my tree zoomed appropriately to my liking then I simply disable this option because it can get tiresome accidentally clicking the tree.
