Silicone Gel Overmolding

Silicone Gel Overmolding

Is it possible to overmold using soft and tacky silicone Gels in the 000-30 range? Cross section thickness of the silicone in the overmold area is around 5mm. I have two options:

000-30 Silicone overmolded onto 30A - 50A silcone <-- (more desirable)
OR
000-30 Silicone over molded onto a plastic. Can be made with any plastic as long as its not super expensive. The parts main piece is the silicone gel itself. <-- (less desirable)

I can post a picture of the cross section if it would help determine feasibility.

I was looking on the wacker.com website for something, but its kind of a maze and I'm really not very knowledgeable on the subject.
