NX10 solid selection display problem

NX10 solid selection display problem

NX10 solid selection display problem

(OP)
Hi All,

running NX10.0.2.6

In NX10 when I select a solid that has offset faces I'm seeing the original solid (transparent) before offset along with the new solid. If I remove the parameters it stops, also if I change some of the layers (not the one the solid is on) it sometimes stops displaying the original solid along with the new. Is this behavior normal? It does not do this in NX9. Would like it to work like NX9.

Any help to shut this off would be appreciated,
Rick D

RE: NX10 solid selection display problem

Do you still have NX 9 installed? If so, compare the NX9/NX10 settings in Preferences -> Selection. In your case, I think you need to turn off "highlight original".

Thanks Guys that did it "Selection" "Highlight Original" - OFF. I could not for the life of me find that and I looked in "Selection" several times.

Sincerely,
Rick D.
