What are the typical reinforcement below base plates. I have a problem. Weaker A307 was used instead of stronger A325 about 3 years ago (see pic above). If the load is below the yield strength of the A307 (about 38 ksi). Would there be pull cones.. breakouts.. fryouts and the usually failure mode of the concrete? Or does the heavy reinforcement underneath it make it stronger? Or no effect?
