where can  find such papers on the internet? i don't want detailed equation, only basics just to understand the terminology of pump and other devices , terminology like soft start ,uninterrupted power supply kiosk ,junction boxes ,instrumentation engineering,

I J Karassik, et al, Pump Handbook, R W Smeaton, Motor Application and Maintenance Handbook, and also his Switchgear and Control Handbook may be good starting points.

It’s probably some sort of conspiracy, but there just doesn't seem to be a good substitute for time and experience in the educational process.
