Contact between analytical rigid surface and s4r elements

(OP)
Dear All,
I am trying tp simulate a rubber tube inside an inside a steel pipe.
the rubber tube has been defined using S4R elements and the steel pipe has been defined using analytical rigid surface.

However , i am gettng overclosure error for the contact defination.
here is what all I tried for defining the contacts :
1. I have tried changing the direction of normals.
2. Defined pipe(shell)surface both using element and node defination.

Can somebody help me with what I am doing wrong.
I have attached the input file.

here is the error that i am getting in the msg file.

***WARNING: OVERCONSTRAINT CHECKS: NODE 16001 ON THE SLAVE SURFACE AND
CORRESPONDING NODE 1 ON THE MASTER SURFACE HAVE EQUAL PRESCRIBED
DISPLACEMENTS NORMAL TO THE CONTACT SURFACE. SINCE THIS MAKES THE
CONTACT CONSTRAINT REDUNDANT, THE CONTACT STATUS AT THE SLAVE NODE
IS CHANGED FROM CLOSE TO OPEN.
CONTACT PAIR (BELLOW_SHELL,RIGID_SURFACE) NODE 16002 IS OVERCLOSED BY 25.
WHICH IS TOO SEVERE.
