Kudos for Kaman
Kudos for Kaman
(OP)
Mark Bernard of Kaman Industrial Technologies found a new PLC for our old, house - built machine.
He also came down and installed it. Then he noticed something else so he fixed that as well.
That's it. Just really great service for an infrequent, small customer.

As usual I agree with you completely.
The rep really didn’t do anything I consider extraordinary. He found a replacement for a 25-year-old part, ordered it, delivered it when promised, put it in and solved an additional problem for us. This is the way I think it should be. However, as you said, it doesn’t happen very often.
This is definitely an unsolicited testimonial. There just seems to be fewer and fewer places, again as you said, that can really help with the odd and strange parts.
Please let me rephrase my opening statement. Mostly I agree with everything you say and admire the way you put it. Sometimes I find myself looking at your reply and thinking thinking ”How in the world oes anybody know that?”

You are going to give MikeHalloran a big head if you keep giving him so many “unsolicited testimonials.”
It’s always nice to find a contractor or supplier who really knows what he’s doing, does it well and willingly, with a smile, and then even goes the extra mile. That seems to be all too rare in today’s world, where the norm seems to be, you got the minimum, now give me my money, good bye, don’t bother me by calling me with any questions. Well, I guess I agree withy him too.
