note and balloon leader attached to an extension line in nx10, where to turn off?

It seems there is a difference between NX9 and NX10 in how leaders are applied when placing a note or balloon. (only skimmed the what's new docs and didn't see anything). In NX9 when an edge is picked/held and dragged the arrow location is stationary at the point picked. In NX10, however, the arrow is dynamic and slides along the edge and even past as the note/balloon is dragged, and only becomes stationary when the mouse button is released. If the pick is on a surface the arrow seems to be stationary and the mousing seems to be the same as previous versions.

I discovered this by accident, and actually like it for the flexibility. It is, however, one more mouse click for those who suffer from rmi.

Try pressing the Shift button when moving the note / ballon, and after the initial released Left mouse button.

How can this be another mouse click ?

NX10: Click the edge drag and release for arrow position (one), click for balloon position (two).
NX9: Click on the edge (one), drag for balloon position release and click for balloon position (two).

Yup......you're right, two clicks. Still extra mousing for the arrow position.
