This is a classic function generator problem. Input and output specified angular relationships. Define the input angles you want and the corresponding output angles you want. Your mechanism kinematics textbook will show how to do this for at least 3 position pairs. It can be solved for 5 or 6 position pairs, but this limits the choices in pivot locations. The in between positions will not be exact, but will be relatively close. The more positions you choose, the more accurate the mechanism will be. If you want instructions for 5 or more positions I can post it.
