Hello,

We have a client that wants to change an Old Cooper Form 4C controller for a SEL-351R to control a Recloser via a 14-pin serial cable in a small 25kV feeder in Canada.

My issue is that Kyle manual say it is star pointed and grounded inside the recloser enclosure (unable to confirm until outage) but the SEL-351R manual says it is grounded in both the recloser enclosure and the SEL-351R enclosure. Any one has any experience with these reclosers? Has anyone ever seen CT starpoint (K-M-L) being grounded in two places like this before?
