Crop View

(OP)
Hello All,

How do we create a Crop View in UG Nx? I am using Nx7.5

Thanks in Advance.

RE: Crop View

A drafting view?

If we are talking about a drafting view, you can right click the view border -> boundary -> change option to manual rectangle, and drag a rectangle to the desired size/location.

Thanks Cowski. Can I use a customised boundary for the crop view or Should I use a rectangle always.

RE: Crop View

Yes you can use a custom boundary.
Select the view to crop, RMB -Active Sketch View.
draw the outline using the sketcher in drafting.
then as Cowski notes but use the Break line/detail option, select the curves . OK

Regards,
Tomas
