Hi.. Can anyone tell me the difference between those two?... it will be helpfull if you upload simple model and tell me..... i googled it but not satisfied yet

As I understand it, an ordered geo set (green icon) requires elements in the tree to be ordered properly based on parent/child relationships (similar to how you model features in a solid partbody). For example, a sketch would come before a sweep that uses the sketch as an input.
Within a regular geo set (yellow icon) elements can be ordered however you desire. For example, a sketch could come after a sweep that uses the sketch as an input.

Ordered Geometric Sets
##An Ordered Geometric Set is an ordered container which can contain wireframe features, but not solid features.
##An Ordered Geometric Set can contain other Ordered Geometric Sets
##An Ordered Geometric Set cannot contain Geometric Sets (because they are un-ordered).
##An Ordered Geometric Set cannot contain solid features. However they can contain Bodies under certain conditions which are explained later in this document.
##A parent cannot be operated on more than once inside the same Ordered Geometric Set. However, you can operate on the same parent when the IWO is defined in another container.
Geometric Sets
##A Geometric Set is an un-ordered container which can only contain wireframe features, but not solid features.
##A Geometric Set can contain other Geometric Sets.
##A Geometric Set cannot contain Bodies or Ordered Geometric Sets.
##You can operate on parents as many times as needed (this is unlike the ordered containers).
