What are the procedures and conditions that we must take in order to lift the precast concrete foundation, specially after how many days of pouring we can lift the foundation

RE: lifting of precast foundations less than 9 t weight

1. Have crane big enough for the lift
2. Have proper rigging on site for lift, including hardware to fit the inserts in the unit
3. Usually want at least 2500 psi, but thats a min. Usually that can be obtained over night if need be, mix design will dictate that.
4. You need to check lifting stresses based on lifting insert locations. Also check lift insert capacity.
