Modeling of the nanowire embedded rubber

Modeling of the nanowire embedded rubber

Modeling of the nanowire embedded rubber

(OP)
Hello, I am elementry Abaqus user and desperately need some help from heroes.
I am simulating the nanowire pressed on the rubber and at certain load, the nanowire breaks and penetrates into the rubber and embedded even when load is released. The diamater of the nanowire is 40 nm therfore I used microscale units.
Below is the dynamic model I am working on now. I also attached the input file (But it doesn't work due to errors I can't solve alone)

I obtained stress-strain curve from uniaxial tension test.

The rubber does not yield and at certain load (or strain) it just breaks. Therefore I try to use brittle cracking.

Could anyone help me out?
Thank you.

My e-mail is missingnum@kaist.ac.kr

Best regards,
-Las.
