NX CAM Toolpath Display

NX CAM Toolpath Display

NX CAM Toolpath Display

(OP)
On NX CAM 10.0.2.6, after generating the 1st toolpath say select cut pattern follow part, I then select the cut pattern say zig-zag to see if the cut would be better, and then click re-generate the toolpath. Now, the new zig-zag toolpath is overlapping with the 1st toolpath. Visually this is kind of confusing. See attached pictures.

Before updated to MP2, this was not an issue. Each time selected a different cut pattern and clicked re-generate the new toolpath. NX CAM would only show the new toolpath, not overlapping with the previous toolpath.

Do I need to change certain setting so that each time when re-generate new toolpath, only the new toolpath is displayed?

Thanks in advance for any feedbacks,

Bryant

RE: NX CAM Toolpath Display

I have a same problem, and I solve it.
Menu Preferenses->Manufacturing and find item "Refresh toolpath before re-generate".
And UNCHECK checkbox!!!
Will be work.
Now I write this message from my kitchen, later I can send a image with explanation.
- UNSET this checkbox.
Developers mixed FALSE and TRUE...
