machine vibration limit

(OP)
I am trying to relate a stated vibration limit on a piece of machinery to an existing floor to determine if the floor is within the proper range.

If I have a 3 Hz floor, and for walking vibration I have 0.0023 g, can I say I am within an acceptable range? I read that stated value as a 0.1g max within a range of 10hz-200hz - how do I relate that to my floor? In general I have seen that as frequencies get lower, allowable accelerations should increase as well, so I should be fine, but I have never checked a floor for machinery before, and want to make sure I am OK.
