Dear All,

I am right now working on design and detail engineering of a header having tube ligaments on its already UG-53 has been used what if one of my ligament hole comes on a circumferential/longitudinal seam (All of the seams are 100 %
radiographed) What will be the code requirement that should be fulfilled for the design calculations of such ligament hole.

Header size is NPS 16 Sch 120
Ligament opening is of NPS 2
