Corrosion test on welding Duplex

(OP)
I don't have any experience on duplex welding. But I have to prepare WPS for Duplex material and has been send sample for corrosion test. My client requirement is maximum 5 g/m3. But my results is 34.4 g/m3. The laboratory staff recommend to change procedure to use filler super duplex on root but the result still higher than required. Can someone help me to pass this corrosion test? Thank you in advance. Below are my current procedure.
p-no 10H to 10H 31803 F51
filler ER2594 (root), ER2209 (other)
Preheat 40degree C
Shielding & Backing Argon 99.9%
