Tube sheet design

(OP)
Dear member
I'm going to design a fix tube sheet for NET type heat exchanger that has different shell and channel ID . shell Id is 2870 mm and channel ID is 2050 mm . is there any special requirement for design this tube sheet ? is it according to ASME sec VIII-Div 1 part UHX .
another special case in this heat exchanger is differential pressure ,our client ask to design this tube sheet according to 10 Bar differential pressure . I want to know if UHX is applicable in this case or not .

RE: Tube sheet design

Yes

RE: Tube sheet design

If you're referring to the TEMA classification system, an NET exchanger really doesn't make much sense. "N" type heads are used exclusively for fixed-tubesheet exchangers (normally NEN).
