External NX Application on remoting Process

External NX Application on remoting Process

External NX Application on remoting Process

(OP)
Hi to all, i'm newby in this forum and i'm very rookie in NX Application Development. I'm trying to develop a .NET Application (C# or VB.NET are the same for me) in which i'd like to send some command to NX to build surfaces, modelling some UDF and to implement my UserInterface with NX engine.
Naturally, i know that i need the developer licence to distribute it, but i need some technical information about the possibility to develop an external application.
I tryed the NX Example about remoting application in which are present the Client and the Server solutions and them works QUITE perfectly (QUITE PERFECTLY because the client needs the NX Prompt command): is it possible to develop an application that doesn't need this prompt???ponderponder If i include the libpart.dll in my application can i do it?ponderponder

Other question: if i wouldn't use a server on a infinite loop state listening for my application, is it possible, from my .NET application execute the NX Process "on demand" and run my command?ponderponder

I found, on this forum, a lot of answer about more complexity approach, but i'm very newby on this theme and i'd like to understand more and more... i've looked into the NX Programmer's guide but with few words and few explanations... ponderponder

thanks in advance for your kind reply.

Emanuele
