How to show in assembly model that parts in assembly are welded?
1. make sub-assembly,
1. Make wave link of welded components,
2. Make "Bond" constrain between components,
4. Combination of options above?
5. ?

I am not aware how it works in NX 10 so I would appreciate info for NX 10 too, as I have to plan how to do it in future.

I would suggest to have a look at the weld assistant. It sounds like this is just what you are looking for...

Sorry I did not mention that we do not have licence for weld assistant, that is why I have to use workaround, and why I am asking for help.

  1. Create Weld assembly
  2. Wave-link or Promote components to toplevel Weld assembly
  3. Unite Welded bodies
  4. Use edge from unite to create 3D (Sweep of Weld section) of weld..( for showing Weldgeometry on Drawing and perhaps weight management)
  5. Create Weld Reference set to hold Linked bodies
  6. In context of Weld Assembly set referencesets for components to empty (This will leave you with linked bodies only which imporves loadingspeed of your drawing)
  7. Create Drawing for Weld Assy using the Weld reference set
