ON SECTION 1 BP, what do we for SW? do we have to MT/PT for 6000#, 9000#? can anyone explain this for me?

Can you please re-state your question with more information? Are you asking for NDT requirements for a strength weld?

yes, I am asking for NDT requirements for a strength weld? on section I mention about only RT.

For a fillet weld or strength weld that is exempt from volumetric examination under Section I, and not B31.1 BEP, you can decide on Liquid Penetrant or magnetic particle, MT. If this is under BEP, B31.1 NDT requirements should be used.
