Modeling a Part in Assembly, NX8
Modeling a Part in Assembly, NX8
(OP)
Hi,
I use Solidworks a lot before, editting/modelling parts in top assembly, planes(or other reference geometry) in different components can be shared. I noticed planes from different components can't be shared in UG/NX8, also plane created in assembly level can't be used in part modelling. I was wondering if it is possible that I can create parts in assembly mode directly and use geometry from other components as reference?
Thanks.
