(OP)
So I have a tube and I want to make a flat pattern of this thing but the end of the tube must have these semi curved "fingers" flaring out of it and they have to have a bend on them too. I tried a few things suggested here to create the tube and fingers with the lofted flange command. I'm not 100% that I can do it as I want it. the tube is actually not fully a tube its supposed to be like 150 degrees around. In the end I would like to get a flat pattern of this thing. I notice the flat command will stretch the fingers in as they unbend.

Any ideas?
