my boiler have problems in bed material that is happening clinker..
but is still unexplained until now

there may be enlightenment from the master..and how prevention ?

you will need to confirm the following items meet the design specification in all respects: fuel, bed material, operating bed temperature and air splits.

It might be useful to remove a sample of the clinker and have it analyzed .
