NX10 component attributes to instance attribute

NX10 component attributes to instance attribute

Hello,

Does anyone know how to change the reading of *.PTB file attributes from component to instance. All attributes in PTB file are read by "Place Part" operation in "Part Characteristics" window. However in assembly they are found in Properties Manager as Component Attributes and it is not possible to see in assembly of higher level.

Is there any solution to get the properties appeared in assembly?

RE: NX10 component attributes to instance attribute

Here's something quick & easy to try (not sure it will get what you want):
In the higher level assembly, right click on the sub-assembly of interest and choose properties -> assembly -> synchronize subassembly properties -> attributes. After doing this, you might be able to see the component attributes that were assigned in the lower level assembly.

Thanks a lot COWSKI!
Exactly what I've tried to obtain!

Some times it is really funny how simple could be the solution you need.
