NX10 member of a part family : properties

NX10 member of a part family : properties

Hi everyone,
I have some problems with properties of a single member from part family (NX siemens 10).

When I make assembly of tubes and tees in routing mechanical mode and then insert this assembly into another assembly, I cannot see the properties of single tee part from final assembly. All properties are written in *.ptb file and come into first assembly during "place part" operation as part characteristics and possible to see by properties.

Does anyone know how to inherit the properties from first assembly to final?
