Curve pattern (circular) is not working correctly in NX9

Curve pattern (circular) is not working correctly in NX9

(OP)
I have a helical gear model that uses expressions to customize the pitch and number of teeth. One of the expressions I used to customize the gear is N (number of teeth). I have a sketch with a single gear tooth and bottom land that has an angular dimension of 360/N. I then use a circular curve pattern with count (N) and span (360) to complete the gear. The problem I have is it won't stick. Sometimes after changing the expression N, NX will override the circular pattern input from count & span to count & pitch. Then insert wrong numbers, which leads to my extrusion breaking.

Is the circular curve pattern broken for everyone else using NX 9?

RE: Curve pattern (circular) is not working correctly in NX9

Can you provide a part file so that it can be checked? If not, at least a picture of your sketch (with dimensions) and the final Pattern.
