Hi,
i got one more query here. why does CATIA does not process "internal edges" for creating a boundary? please explain.

RE: internal edge for boundary

Internal Edge is a term used for 'shared' edges between two faces. CATIA's boundary command is only intended to capture "open" edges of a surface to be used for further operations.

You can extract (no propagation) the face then create a boundary to capture those internal edges.
