(OP)
Hello all
Need your career advise.
I'm a licensed Mechanical Engineer from Philippines an Asia third world country, For 8 years I have been work in Middle east for Different Oil & Gas construction project as a Quality Inspector for Mechanical, Piping & Welding. I had also other certification like ASNT NDT & CSWIP

last few years I love doing the Welding Engineer Work, even I'm mechanical engineer i have study this field.
I tried to apply to other company however there is no response maybe
Because that i graduated from Third world country my education not suits with other country standard.

my question is it is practical to take welding engineering degree in other country like USA so i can pursue my work and a better chance of hiring in other good company or try another field that maybe gives more pay.

thank you
