Steam vent pipe

(OP)
Dear All,
I am working in a commissioning of HRSG: the drum, SH and RH steam vents have only elbow at the end in some cases, in other cases just a straight pipe, it looks like there are not following any norm, in my past experience I have seen all the vents to atmosphere with and small angle and the mouth cutted with and angle. I have seen the isometric drawing of manufacter VOGT and the installation is according that.
Please advice if you know some norms or typicals to follow.
Thanks in advance
