Accessories? (while I don't really know, I know accessories are used with many pipe supports involving insulation, so had to venture this wild guess)

Is it a type of support?

Difficult to tell from this snippet of info, but look at the support key list.

Another guess is that it might be an error. What they seem to be referring to is cold insulation plus an acoustic insulation overlay.

Class CA – Cold Conservation plus Acoustic. This class is split into three different types CAA (class A), CAB (class B) and CAC (class C).

Mostly with us it means 'according'

It could then be a variation from bimrs post and mean Acoustic, Cold Conservation class A??
