Dear sir ,
We want to know the material that can be case hardened up to 1 mm but the material must be corrosion resistant

Not enough information. What is the application? Corrosion resistant to what environment?

If this is in reference to austenitic stainless steel, then try Bodycote's Kolsterizing or S3P processes.

this application is for ball and socket joint but it is to be used for open atmospheric conditions
