Hi everyone,
Is it possible to fill the areas in Ansys Mechanical APDL instead of having just the wireframe when i plot the surfaces ? This would really help me.
Thank you.

Sincerely
Thibault

RE: Fill Areas Ansys Mechanical APDL

Its just a view setting i believe what you are referring to?
For viewing fill areas go to PlotCtrls then to DEVICE Options and then turn the vector mode OFF.

Yeah it is actually just a visual setting and I found out how to get the areas filled instead of the wireframe. Go to PlotCtlrs then Style then Solid Model Facets... and change the Style area and volume plot from Wireframe to Normal Faceting.
Athough your solution was working too.
Thank you for your answer.
