I want to know the temperature for shrinkage fitting. i want to fit a ring of outer dia 715mm, inside dia 675mm into hole of dia 684, then upto how much temperature i have to cool ring to fit into the hole ?

To fit a 715 diameter ring into a 684 diameter hole, you need a shrinkage strain of about 4.3%.
This would need a temperature drop of around 4000 K (or a temperature rise in the hole of around the same amount, assuming it is also cast iron).
Are you sure your parameters are correct?
