I don't know an IEC standard for parallel single-core cable cross-bonding. However an IEEE standard it could be interesting. See- for instance:
ANSI/IEEE Std 575:
IEEE Guide for the Application of Sheath-Bonding Methods for Single-Conductor Cables and the Calculation of Induced Voltages and Currents in Cable Sheaths.
For the time being see:
