How to suppress by expression assembly array main component?

I have two linear arrays in assembly, and I have to use suppress by expression for one of these arrays to suppress all components of that array including component that is used to make that array. How to do it?

PS. I used expression to reduce number of components of array to 1 (to basic component) but I do not know how to suppress that component without getting array error message.

RE: how to suppress by expression assembly array main component?

What is the error message that you get ?
It seems to me like what you did should work.
Don't forget to specify the NX version you are on.

I mistyped name of suppress expression. It works and I feel stupid.

How to correct unsolved constrains after suppressing component? NX 7.5

RE: how to suppress by expression assembly array main component?

An assembly arrangement might come in handy here. You can suppress components in a new arrangement and add or suppress assembly constraints as needed without affecting the constraints in the other arrangements.
