Thermal Analysis

(OP)
Hi All,

I've been tasked with creating a simulation of the temperature emission profile off a heating element in a drier.

More so I want to look at the placement of this heating element and how the increase or decrease (depending on placement) of heat affects the temperature profile observed by the surrounding fixtures / the product being dried.

This will be part of a training rig whereby technicians can observe visually the damage done to the product on incorrect placement of the heating element.

Can someone please advise what software would be best suited for this task? Any and all help would be great.

Thank You
W
