Overflow or unloader valve manufacturer wanted

Overflow or unloader valve manufacturer wanted

(OP)
Dear All,

I'm looking for a spring loaded and manually adjustable overflow valve. PD manufacturers call it sometimes "unloader valve". It must be made of stainless steel, adjustable up to 4000 psi and must be able to release a flow of 150 l/min (40 gpm). Does anybody have any idea where I can find such a valve? No full stroke and sealed pressure relief valve! It must be a proportional valve and it must be adjustable. I appreciate any help and thank you in advance for your valuable time.

regards

Difficult. Below link might be able to offer you the product, a number of products not mentioned in the catalogue has been produced and delivered before. Personally bought special products here with positive experience. http://mankenberg.de/en/53/customised-solutions.ht...

Else, if solution is more important than price, a pilot operated adjustable soft-closing SS valve, where the pilot fluid may be completly sealed off from the main fluid, will give you the action (and hopefully) the range you are looking for. Not a cheap valve (this either), qualified and developed for atomic power plants. (SARASIN -RSBD SEBIM under WEIR group)

Sorry, nearest I could come!- Good luck!

Thanks gerhardl! I checked Mankenberg's website before but it might be good to contact them personally. And the second tip is something new for me. Not sure if this will lead to something but I will try.
