Textures on Model

Textures on Model

(OP)
Is there a way to open a .obj file with the textures visible on the model? I have downloaded a zip file that contains a model of the Gold Gate Park visitor’s center. The file contains an .obj, .mtl, and several .jpeg files. I have tried opening the file, using the options button, and selecting the texture file directory to try to link these images. However, once I open the model I still only see the mesh model without any textures. I was told a .obj could only open in Solidworks, with textures applied, if the original 3D model was created using 3D Studio. Is this the case? Or is there another solution to this. I have attached the zip file containing the files mentioned above.
