help on Designing automatic fire suppression system for flammable liquids warehouse (NFPA 30)

(OP)
I am trying to design fire suppression for 2 warehouses containing chemical material Class IB, in rigid plastic IBC containers each one contains 700-1000 litres of liquid
first warehouse is 12 by 25 meters, no wall (Only fence around)
Second ware house is 17.6 by 24.5, with brick walls
Ware houses equipped with 3 stories racks
But it seems NFPA 30 code doesn't allow class IB in plastic IBC , Is this true?
If I cannot use this code which code should I use?
If yes, Is there limitation on dimension of storage area?

You are correct 1B is not permitted by NFPA 30 because no automatic sprinkler protection is published. The container fails early in the fire and dumps the contents, sprinklers can not control the fire.
